La Fiesta Tas Corts - Savôrs di una volta
La Fiesta Tas Corts is among the most authentic and original festivals in Carnia and takes place in Ravascletto during the month of August. As suggested by the word ‘corts’, it is an event that takes place in the courtyards and inner courtyards of the village and hosts various gastronomic experiences.
This event is based on a sense of community and welcome, with the entire village working to create delicious traditional dishes, preserving and handing down recipes, but also the pleasure of being together. An authentic taste of the territory, which passes from the table with the authentic flavours of mesta e busa, las agnes, cjarsons, polenta e frico or polenta and çuç (cheese in Carnic dialect), cartufules, radic e cjapût (potatoes, radicchio and Savoy cabbage seasoned with vinegar and bacon) and other preparations, to the ever-present dôlz (desserts), and at the same time allows visitors to experience the village in a dimension of meeting and sharing.
